Lucinda Condon was born into a family of local builders so that real estate became part of her life from a very early age. Trips in the pram with Dad were really undertaken to look at all the local properties as they came on the market. After being educated locally and overseas Lucy started in property management with an inner city agent and then in the Dingley area. She started with Beaches in early 2001 and has established herself as the premier property manager in the Beaumaris area with over two hundred properties currently under management.

 

 

Bev Crawford is the glue that holds all the pieces of Beaches together. Having completed a Proof Reading and Editing Diploma course, she deals with and scrutinises a myriad of documentation and legislation that we have to deal with. She manages the commercial and retail properties like clockwork and uses her years of experience as an executive personal assistant to keep the boys on the straight and narrow and focused on achieving the best results for their clients.
